Approximately 60km est-wst and 30km nth-sth Woodlark is a large island covered in dense rainforest. Due to the island's monsoonal rain all year round, the resident expats have fondly named her "Mudlark"

This is the actual arrival and departure lounge at Guasopa airstrip on Woodlark (Muyuw) Island.

Travellers must come prepared with drinking water, sunscreen and a hat. Oh! and a bathing costume would be great.
